Celebrating Families Program Begins January 26th
We're excited to announce our Celebrating Families! program is starting another new group cycle this month. The cycle will begin on Monday, January 26th. Groups will be held on Mondays each week, from 5:30 to 7:30 PM at Renewal House in North Nashville.
Celebrating Families! is a drug and alcohol prevention program designed to help children and families affected by substance-use and substance-abuse to heal, recover, and learn to support each other during the recovery process.
If you know a family with children between the ages of 1-17 years old that have been negatively affected by substance-use, the Celebrating Families! program is a great chance to bring the family closer together. This program offers participants the services of trained addiction and prevention professionals and support from other families who are dealing with the same challenges.
Two groups are offered through the Renewal House Celebrating Families! program:
- Playing with P.R.I.D.E., serving children ages 1-2 years old and their caregivers
- Celebrating Families!, serving children ages 3-17 years old and their caregivers
A free meal and free childcare are provided at each group.
To enroll, contact us by phone or email at:
Enrollments for participation will close on Monday, February 9th.
The meal at the beginning of each session is provided through the generous support of volunteers. If interested in signing up a group of 4 - 8 colleagues, friends, family, or civic members, to prepare and serve a meal, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
