Renewal House seeks a highly qualified candidate to fill the role of Development Coordinator which is an integral part of the Development and Marketing team. This position plans and implements fundraising events, manages the donor database, recruits and manages volunteers, assists in marketing campaigns, and works on community engagement. Skills and Experience:
Skills and general knowledge normally associated with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least 2 years’ experience
Solid background in fundraising, event planning, marketing and communications
Computer skills including office suite software, image editing or graphic design software, donor tracking software, and social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linked In
Experience with donor database management – Raisers Edge experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with different audiences
Organized, enthusiastic and self-motivated
Ability to multi-task and work independently
Valid Tennessee driver’s license with good driving record
